The Gold-i Bridge especially is recognised as a leading super low latency product in the market place today enabling brokers to connect to external liquidity providers in the most effective and cost-efficient manner.  Gold-i has partnered with many complementary technological and trading companies and is an official supplier of the MetaTrader MT4 & MT5 retail trading platforms from MetaQuotes Corporation.

 Gold-i customers comprise of banks and brokers across the World with Gold-i offering solutions to address key business needs such as reducing trading risks, increasing profitability, and increasing customer retention and differentiation.

Due to the company’s continued expansion we are looking to recruit a marketing enthusiast to assist with the Sales & Marketing function of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about marketing in the FinTech space and deepen knowledge of marketing.

Brief Description

The Marketing Role consists of supporting the Marketing Manager to increase leads and drive engagement with the brand. This is possible by managing marketing campaigns, social media and developing new marketing assets to promote Gold-i.

Whilst previous knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or Adobe Cloud apps, is not essential, the candidate needs to have good experience of Microsoft applications, social media and therefore have exceptional organisational skills and great written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the marketing manager to set up and analyse marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update the company’s CRM system, such as fixing records, spotting duplicate entries, re-assigning accounts. 
  • Develop social media communications aligned with industry news and trends.
  • Create reports to help track Opportunities and Leads through the Sales Process.
  • Researching information such as competitors as well as client companies, contact details and cross-referencing against the information in the CRM.
  • Create product presentations to assist Sales.
  • Supporting marketing manager to create social media campaigns in alignment with PR and updating marketing collateral including Gold-i’s website.

Skills and Requirements


  • University Undergraduate or Graduate with a minimum 2:1  qualification
  • General Windows-based IT skills + knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Products, in particular Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Cloud apps, social media and Google tools
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Aptitude for learning



  • Computer Science, Maths, Physics, Economics degree or business background i.e. experience handling large volumes of data
  • Experience using Adobe Cloud Apps
  • Experience with social media and Google tools
  • Experience using CRM system such as Microsoft Dynamics, InfusionSoft or Sales Force
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Initiative/Self-Starter
  • Knowledge of the Gold-i business
